Any duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We've added a shipping calculator to help get accurate shipping costs. You can ship via regular post or Fedex.

Should you choose regular post with no tracking number, any loss will not be the responsibility of So Rad.

So Rad only ships once payments are clear.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday except holidays. Regular / non-expedited orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 1 – 2 business days. It generally takes 3 – 10 days for shipping depending on shipping destination.

5% GST is added for all orders shipped to a Canadian address.
If we’re shipping your package outside Canada no tax will be added to your order.
US and international customers may or may not have to pay duty or customs fees (local taxes) when their package arrives. These fees depend solely on the destination country’s customs policies and brokerage agreements, and are the responsibility of the customer, not of So Rad.

 International Orders: The package is picked up from the destination country's postal service when it enters that country and uses the customers supplied address. So Rad is not responsible for the collection or payment of destination duties and taxes. All extra charges will be the responsibility of the person(s) receiving the shipment.

 Order Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order, please note we have a non-cancellation policy. Once you have placed an order, you cannot cancel the order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, neither are we. So Rad aims to ensure satisfaction with every purchase.

So Rad reserves the right to cancel/exchange orders if items are not in stock.
